Understanding Crypto was built to share what we’ve learned in our crypto journey. While late adopters, we did enter into the space almost 5 years ago when Bitcoin (BTC) was around $2500. Over the years, while profits were definitely made, so were mistakes. The biggest ‘destroyer’ of profits came when we started entering the world of Altcoins. If there was a research site back then that could help us have a deeper understanding of the world of crypto, we could’ve avoided numerous mistakes. Hopefully this site helps fill that need with free cryptocurrency training and information for you.
For crypto experts, this site should also be useful, as now that portfolios are humming, there is a lot we can share. Please note, there are some holdings that we do have, so any crypto post we make talking about a specific cryptocurrency will include a disclosure on if we are holding it, or plan to in the near future.
Most importantly, please know that this site is not to be taken as financial advise. We are not financial advisors. In fact, we’ve taken our fair share of losses over the years. But through that we have learned a lot, and this site is a way for us to share that journey while offering internet-wide resources – all in a single spot.
